The inaugural chair of the Coalition’s Board of Directors — Dana Yealy, Managing Director, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh — has stepped down after two years of leadership. Taking his place as chair of the Board is Don Bluedorn, Managing Shareholder of Babst Calland.
Like Dana, Don has been on the Coalition Board since its inception, serving as its secretary for the past two years. Taking Don’s place as secretary is new board member, Eric Cottle, partner at K&L Gates.
Continuing to serve in the positions they have held previously — vice chair and treasurer, respectively — are Geovette Washington, Senior Vice Chancellor and Chief Legal Officer of the University of Pittsburgh, and Peter Russ, Managing Shareholder of the Pittsburgh office of Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney.
At its recent meeting, the Board unanimously expressed its gratitude to Yealy, describing his commitment to the Coalition as “tireless,” adding “the Coalition and its members have greatly benefitted from his wisdom and guidance.”
