Take the LGBTQ+ culture mini-assessment No. 1!

PLDIC has partnered with Hugh Lane Wellness Foundation to make a series of mini-assessments around LGBTQ+ competency available to you as our members. Multiple people within an organization are invited to participate.
The first mini assessment is all about pronouns. Hugh Lane Wellness Foundation created this mini assessment based on real life experiences of transgender/non-binary lawyers in the workplace providing services as well as from feedback of the queer community seeking legal services and trying to find an inclusive workplace.
One of the easiest and most cost-effective action steps you can take to ensure LGBTQ+ inclusivity is to foster pronoun competency. You can show allyship with your co-workers and clients and be a better contributor to your firm/organization’s success with just a few simple words.
This mini assessment is intended to introduce some key considerations related to pronouns. We know that some of you might want to delve deeper. The mini assessment gives you the option to request further information from Hugh Lane Wellness Foundation. Your email will only be used for communication if you specifically request more information. We will keep your individual responses strictly confidential. You can also check them out at www.hughlane.org or email them directly at training@hughlane.org.
