Retention

The Retention Committee is charged with offering programs and a shared infrastructure to enhance opportunities for the growth, development, and advancement of lawyers who enhance and contribute to the diversity of the local legal community and work to make the legal community more inclusive. It also seeks to educate our members on the latest research and to provide them with skills and best practices relating to the retention of lawyers who come from non-majority backgrounds and/or who are underrepresented in the local legal community.
