The mission of the Pittsburgh Legal Diversity & Inclusion Coalition is to create a culture of inclusion and highlight diversity successes and initiatives in the Pittsburgh legal community; and to educate and assist Pittsburgh area legal employers in increasing the hiring, retention, and inclusion of legal professionals from a variety of diverse backgrounds.
Our members are working collaboratively to achieve our mission.

- The Member Dashboard is a user-friendly tool for all PLDIC member employees to search for and access resources from programs, events, and more.
- The PLDIC Job Board is a free job board for Pittsburgh area job seekers featuring jobs from PLDIC member organizations.
