All members are invited to this annual event, which celebrates Hispanic heritage within the Pittsburgh Legal Community.

The highlight of the event will be when the Hispanic Attorneys Committee presents the 2026 El Sol Award to its recipient. The award is a distinguished honor because it prizes an individual for their committed dedication and ongoing support for the Hispanic community in Pittsburgh. This year’s recipient is ACBA member Daniel C. Conlon.

Additionally, the event will include food, beverages and networking.

About Daniel C. Conlon

Daniel C. Conlon is a shareholder at Tucker Arensberg, P.C. and a dedicated advocate for Pittsburgh’s Hispanic and Latino communities. He serves as Board Chairman and President of the Pittsburgh Hispanic Development Corporation and previously served as Board Chair of the Latino Community Center, where he supported programs focused on student mentorship, college access, and legal and mental health resources for immigrants experiencing trauma. He has also provided pro bono legal counsel to both organizations, helping strengthen institutions that serve the region’s Hispanic community. A member of the Hispanic National Bar Association, Daniel is also a frequent author and presenter who shares his legal knowledge with municipalities, community organizations, and the broader bar. His professional accomplishments have earned him recognition as a Pennsylvania Rising Star, one of Best Lawyers’ “Ones to Watch,” and a Pittsburgh Magazine and PUMP 40 Under 40 honoree.
