While diversity, equity, and inclusion are high commitments for many in our legal community, turning our intentions into successful progress can be challenging. Join us for a fireside chat with DEI Strategist Lily Zheng, author of DEI Deconstructed, for a high-energy hour where they will share the best practices and insightful advice that have helped many organizations make the next step in their journeys toward more diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplaces. Lily will share foundational knowledge about DEI work, insights tailored to leaders and change-makers, and guidance on how we can all make changes that stick in our own organizations. The session will also include an opportunity to ask Lily your own questions during an open Q&A.
