Nearly 50 attendees (including representation from 27 PLDIC member organizations) gathered for the PLDIC’s 2025 Annual Members Meeting on November 12 at Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney. At this meeting, we hosted a fireside chat between Yusuf Zakir, Chief Talent and Inclusion Officer at Davis Wright Tremaine, and PLDIC Executive Director Ena Lebel. They discussed the critical importance of continuing to advance and advocate for DEI work in the current climate, taking many insightful audience questions.

Member organizations also heard from PLDIC Board Chair Eric Cottle, K&L Gates, about PLDIC business including the election and re-election of PLDIC Board members and the state of the Coalition; Executive Director Ena Lebel on the PLDIC’s objectives and goals for 2026, and updates from our three committees. The fourth annual “PLDIC Volunteer of the Year” award was also presented to Barb Strnad of Dickie McCamey. The Executive Director’s Report from this meeting is available on our Member Dashboard.
