Rosa Miller
I arrived in Pittsburgh for law school with every intention of returning to my home in Virginia once I graduated. To my surprise, I stayed and Pittsburgh is now my home. I was offered a position with a great area law firm where I worked with some excellent attorneys and learned how to litigate. I took some time off for family and now work in-house for a national corporation headquartered here in Pittsburgh. Through it all, I relied upon the personal and professional network that I’ve worked really hard to cultivate over the years. It is important to live in a place where you feel connected to a community, not only for your personal well-being but also for your professional success. The Coalition is helping diverse attorneys find that community, making our city stronger and more welcoming to all.
